Licensed Solution
The standard licensed solution is the most cost-effective route for large organisations as licences are granted per server CPU, not per user. Bundle pricing is available for clients purchasing more than one product at the same time to fulfil a particular project brief. Our software is extremely efficient, so that you can comfortably have a thousand users on a single server with single CPU.
The SME Licence Solution is designed for companies with up to 200 employees, for whom the server licence may not be appropriate.
The license is a one-off capital costs, on top of which there is an annual support charge. Cost of the support depends on which support option you choose and the support hours required.
What server do I need?
Intelligent Intranet is commonly run on industry standard servers, such as HP Proliant or Dell servers. In addition to Intelligent Intranet application license, you will need to provide the operating system and database licenses - either Microsoft SQL or Oracle.
Thanks to Intelligent Intranet foundation for load balancing, you will need the Standard Edition of MS-SQL, which is a lot cheaper than the MS-SQL Enterprise edition.
