Training Courses

Our courses are run at our fully equipped Training Centre in Basingstoke Hampshire. Candidates are able to enjoy first class training provision, away from the stress and day to day distractions inherent in office life. Refreshments are provided along with a buffet at lunchtime, and these are included in your course fees. Handouts are also provided for future referral.

To maximise your staff efficiency we are pleased to offer standardised Intelligent Intranet training to enable you to quickly and easily get new staff fully trained in a minimum of time. The courses we currently offer are:

Intranet Publisher Course
This course offers hands on basic Publisher Training. By the end of the Course, participants will be able to build and publish articles, use a variety of templates, understand versioning and pay attention to the keywords so that content becomes findable for the audience.

Intranet FocusXpert Course
This course offers the fundamentals of Intelligent Intranet through hands-on FocusXpert Training. By the end of the course, participants will be able to build, manage and create Focus Areas and have complete content ownership of their area. They will also understand the key elements of copywriting and making content findable to the audience.

Intranet Administrator Course
This course offers how to administrate the Intelligent Intranet through hands on basic Administrator Training. By the end of the course, participants will be able to build, populate and manage a valid intranet from scratch, including taxonomy and search optimisation.

Intranet Portal Technical Course
This course enables technical administrators to integrate other systems to Intelligent Intranet, to create Widgets and XML feeds and to understand the system architecture.

Intelligent WorkFlow Administrator Course
This course enables participants to plan workflows, create and test them, manage email notifications, escalations and deputisations, create online reports and use data lookups from other systems as well as create data extracts to email and other systems.

Intelligent WorkFlow Technical Course
This technical course enables participants to create custom validation routines for forms, template the forms, create data lookups from other databases, integrate the workflows to other systems through CallExchanges, including automatic initialisations of workflows.

We can also offer client specific training provisions should you wish to run your staff training at your site or if your require specific training built to your own internal specification.
